It's been buzzing today over at Crimson Storm. It all started with a post announcing a MAJOR announcement and press conference on Monday for the Volleyball program. Coach and AD Boston will be there to address the media.
Hmmmmm....what could it be? Coaching changes? (I know, bite my tongue) Announcement about an upcoming event this fall - which I was sworn to secrecy about. Yes, I know that the event is floating around the web, has been published in another WAC team's schedule and has even been posted in the comments here. I know I could blurt it out but I've been asked not to, so I won't.
I guess we'll all just have to wait and see what happens on Monday at 1:30pm at the Fulton Center. I know I'm not an actual media member but I'm going anyways.
Who knows - maybe we'll also have the 07 schedule announced as well!
Speaking of the schedule, I've been able to track down about 5 games:
Nevada's schedule shows us there on Sept. 15 and Nevada here on October 18.
Hawaii's schedules has them here Sept 22 and us there Oct 26.
Then there's the Nebraska tourny Sept 7 and 8.

No word on the schedule or roster yet. Maybe we'll see it on Monday
I don't know what happened to Jessee Erikson. She was in the crowd for the UTEP match on the 19th. I didn't get a chance to ask Coach.
Yes, the WAC tourny is a week earlier. It's usually Thanksgiving week.
I don't know if the Side Out Club or the Athletics club at NMSU will be putting together a package for the Nebraska tourny. If they are, I'm sure we'll find out this summer.
No updates on the Italy trip. It still stands that they're going next summer.
