NMSU Aggies vs. UC Davis Aggies
Coach Jordan Pre-Game show:
Coach said he was happy with the team attacks, that there was good balance and we were tough to stop. He was suprised on the service and blocking aspects of the team. This is something they need to work on.
Kim Oguh lead the way with 15 kills and Coach said that she played great but needs to block a little better. She was great offensively and the setters did a good job on getting her the ball.
Alyssa Gintant had, according to Coach, good set location good and her playing calling was good. He's pretty happy with her performance but, as with the rest of the team, she needs to serve ball tougher although he said she has jambed finger that's bugging her a little bit.
A look at UC Davis - Coach said that they are in a good conference but their records last year doesn't show the talent they have. They were in the matches and took a lot of them to 5 games. He thinks they probably won't attack from the backrow as much as Albany did last night. UC played 5 last night and might be hurting a little this morning.
What do we need to work on? Serving and Blocking. There were 4 aces but had 11 service errors.
